The long-awaited rehabilitation of the Ogoloma Health Centre has officially commenced, bringing renewed hope to residents of Ogoloma and adjoining communities.

The project, facilitated by the Deputy Leader of the Rivers State House of Assembly and Member representing, is expected to restore and upgrade one of the community's key primary healthcare facilities.

Site photographs obtained by Wakirike Herald News show the project signboard already mounted at the health centre, confirming the commencement of rehabilitation works. The facility, which has served generations of residents, is set to receive much-needed attention to improve healthcare delivery within the constituency.

Community members have welcomed the development, describing it as a significant intervention that will improve access to quality healthcare, particularly for women, children, and the elderly who rely heavily on the centre for primary medical services.

The rehabilitation forms part of the Rivers State Government's Special Intervention Constituency Projects aimed at addressing critical infrastructure needs across the state through elected representatives.

As work begins, residents are optimistic that the project will be completed on schedule and return the Ogoloma Health Centre to a standard befitting the healthcare needs of the growing community.

Wakirike Herald News will continue to monitor the progress of the rehabilitation and provide timely updates as the project advances.
